At KREVO, we aim to make ordering and delivery simple and clear. Please review the delivery details and total cost before confirming your order.

Delivery Partner

Our Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are sent through Trans Express. Delivery availability depends on the destination address.

Order Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be handed over to Trans Express on the same day. Orders placed at or after 12:00 PM will be handed over on the next day.

Dispatch means that we hand your parcel to the courier. The date you receive it will depend on your delivery location and the courier’s schedule.

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will review the issue under our Refund & Return Policy.
